STILLWATER, Minn. (KTTC) – With news about the state’s plan to close Minnesota Correctional Facility-Stillwater in a phased approach, KTTC is digging deeper into who is housed there. According to the Minnesota Department of Correction’s Inmate Profile sheet, dated May 15, 2025, there are 1,171 adult offenders currently on-site.
